How Can I Get My Company Involved?

Partnering with Sakhi is easy and gratifying at the same time! Consider the following opportunities for your company to make a guaranteed impact on Sakhi's work.

Corporate Donations or Grants
Sponsor a Sakhi Special Event
Matching Gift Programs
Donation of Space and Goods
Professional Services

Corporate Donations or Grants

When a company partners with Sakhi through a grant or donation, our work is directly benefited. The impact of our services and programs is sustained -- and often expanded. Find out if your company has a foundation, grant-giving, or donations department. Check the company's foundations or donation guidelines to see if Sakhi's mission and programming are a good fit with your company's guidelines. Facilitate a meeting between Sakhi and your corporate grants or donations department to explore possible partnerships. Get your employer involved today - and join our list of star supporters (Click here to see our list of leading supporters).

Sponsor a Sakhi Special Event

Take a stand against domestic violence AND gain exposure to a significant audience by supporting Sakhi's initiatives.

For more information about upcoming special events, contact Stephanie Arcella at stephanie.arcella@sakhi.org.

Matching Gift Programs

Many companies have matching gift programs to support employee donations to their favorite charities. Contact your employer's Community Relations or Corporate Contributions Department to see if there is a matching gift program in place. Taking advantage of these programs is an excellent way to double or even triple the impact of your generous gift!

Donation of Space and Goods

Sakhi is constantly in need of office, conference, and event space, as well as computers and office supplies, and items for the silent and live auctions at our annual benefit gala. These kinds of donations are invaluable to Sakhi. Contact Stephanie Arcella at stephanie.arcella@sakhi.org for more information.

Unfortunately, due to space constraints, we are usually unable to take clothing donations. You may want to see if a local domestic violence shelter is in need of clothing donations.
